Sequel has taken a pledge to build better homes and communities by utilizing 25 + years of knowledge and expertise in the building and construction industry. We take pride in offering the latest maintenance free and energy efficient building products.

We feel it is important to stay current with the latest building technologies and products available. In an effort to do this, Sequel is a member of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), is an Energy Star Partner, and a member of Community Association Institute.

Condominium Management / Building & Grounds Maintenance

Sequel has more than 20 years in the property management business with a very successfully track record of turning several condominium communities into better places to live. As a management company we look closely at every reserve project to find ways to reduce energy usage and utilize maintenance free products.

Our expertise in building and construction will bring value to your community as board members consider future remodeling projects and modernizing the property. Our goal is to provide the board with all the resources and guidance needed in making improvements in the daily operations of their condominium association, while keeping costs and expenses down.

Sequel proudly manages a portfolio of properties that enjoy some of the lowest condominium fees in New Hampshire; this is accomplished without sacrificing maintenance or upkeep of the properties. We continually strive to improve the properties we manage and add value to each unit owner’s investment.

Rental Properties / NH Based Real Estate Office

In 1994, Peter and Steve formed several real estate partnerships and expanded into the development arena. Today, Sequel offers more than 100 rental properties in Southern New Hampshire. Sequel is a NH based Real Estate office licensed in accordance with all of the provisions of Chapter 331-A.

Sequel strives to provide tenants with the respect they deserve. We maintain our properties with high standards and competitive rental rates. We are a proud community supporter of Nashua, Manchester and New Hampshire Housing Authority, Harbor Homes, Bridges Transitional Housing Program, MP Housing, and The Front Door Agency.

Sequel’s growth strategy has developed into offering “tenant finder” services to other residential owners/investors in need of tenants. Our knowledge and expertise can take the stress out of advertising, screening, showings, and lease signing. Leases are in accordance with the New Hampshire state laws and condominium rules (if applicable).
